Our ISO 16028-compliant flat-face coupling series features a ball-lock mechanism designed for reliable hydraulic connections in industrial and mobile applications. Available in carbon steel or 316L stainless steel, the surface is treated with either Zn-Fe (Cr III) or Zn-Ni for enhanced corrosion resistance. Thread options include BSP, NPT or SAE, and the standard sealing material is NBR (with FKM or EPDM available on request). Engineered for a working temperature range of –25 °C to +100 °C and a continuous operating pressure between 350 bar and 400 bar, these couplings are not rated for connection or disconnection under pressure. Ideal for export-oriented B2B platforms, this specification offers global compatibility and clear purchasing guidance for OEMs and hydraulic system integrators.
